Babe Ke College of Education, Daudhar(Moga) appeared on the map of Teacher Education through the untiring efforts of great philanthropist late His Divinity Baba Nahar Singh Ji. BKCE has been conceived & is being managed by a dedicated team of eminent professionals, educationists & social-oriented entrepreneurs under the overall guidance & benign patronage of Sant Baba Kapoor Singh Ji Sanheranwale, a prominent spiritual & social figure of Punjab. He dreamt of an institution of Education in rural area with the mission to produce teachers of excellent skill imbibed with scientific temperament in village Daudhar of Distt. Moga in 2005. Babe Ke College of Education, Daudhar (Moga) started its journey of teacher Education with single unit of B.Ed. course (100 seats) and now it is running M.Ed. (2 units), B.Ed.(2 units) and D.El.Ed. (1 unit)courses.

The College has set many mile stones in this short span of time since its inception in the field of curricular and co-curricular aspects. To produce highly competent and skilled would be teachers, the institution has been organizing from time to time Extension Lectures by Eminent Educationists, Seminars & Conferences at regional, National and International level, Celebration of important days & festivals etc. Apart from this, Research programmes like action research at B.Ed. level, Dissertation at M.Ed. level, Research Projects and research Publications are going on. It is not only confined to the boundaries of the institution but it is extended within whole community reaching the unreached. To Compete at the International Level the management has executed international collaborations with university of New Zealand & U.K..

BKCE Daudhar provides a variety of expriences through community oriented activities to the trainees so that the real vision of the college of ‘ Teaching is an art of discovery to be inculcated in the minds of the learners’ may be fulfilled.

Infact, the management is striving constantly for excellence day by day to create more and more facilities for the enhancement of skills of pupil teachers acceptable at international level to reach zenith.
