KAYA CHIKITSA SPECIALITY

Kayachikitsa is a core branch of Ayurveda that adopts a comprehensive, multisystem approach to the prevention and management of diseases affecting the Kaya (body). As described in classical texts, it deals with the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of disorders such as Jwara, Raktapitta, Shosha, Unmada, Apasmara, Kushta, Prameha, Atisara, and many others.

The department caters to patient needs through two well-equipped and well-furnished OPDs, staffed by experienced and skilled Ayurvedic physicians. A broad spectrum of services is offered, ranging from the management of common ailments to complex and chronic clinical conditions that require integrated and focused care.
